Spiral pipe

Spiral steel pipe is a kind of long strip steel with spiral seam. It is a spiral seam steel pipe made of strip steel coil as raw material, often warm extrusion molding, and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. Its production process is to curl the strip steel and shape it through a spiral-shaped former, and then weld and cool it. This kind of steel pipe is mainly used in construction, water conservancy, electric power, petroleum, chemical and other fields, as a fluid pipeline, structural support and pressure vessel and other purposes.

Seamless pipe

Seamless pipe is a long steel with a hollow cross-section and no seams around. There are more than 5100 production plants under more than 1850 companies in more than 110 countries in the world, of which more than 260 plants under more than 170 companies in 44 countries produce oil pipes.

Straight seam pipe

Straight seam steel pipe is a steel pipe whose weld is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe. Usually divided into metric welded steel pipe, welded thin-walled pipe, transformer cooling oil pipe and so on. Longitudinal welded pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, low cost, rapid development. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight seam welded pipe. It can produce welded pipe with larger pipe diameter with narrow blank, and can also produce welded pipe with different pipe diameter with blank of the same width. However, compared with the same length of the straight seam pipe, the length of the weld is increased by 30 to 100, and the production speed is low.
